Public Libraries and Resources in Lisbon

What is it?

Public libraries in Lisbon (BLX) are open spaces where anyone can read, study, use the internet, borrow books, and attend free events. They are safe, welcoming places for everyone to learn Portuguese, find information, and connect with others.

Who can use it?
